AMPL conversion scripts

The following PERL scripts  allows to generate the AMPL data files required to run CPIT and PCPSP models.
To execute, run perl convertAMPL_cpit.pl <file.cpit> <file.prec> or perl convertAMPL_pcpsp.pl <file.pcpsp> <file.prec>
