Biography

Carla is a bachelor’s in industrial civil engineer with a minor in Business Analytics, currently studying a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research at Adolfo Ibanez University, Chile.

After the growth earned throughout her career. Seeking the Degree in Industrial Civil Engineer and the master’s degree previously mentioned, now she is working on her thesis, which focuses on the development of methodologies that allow to determinate the one or the most representative days regarding the energy generation in both, wind power and photovoltaic plants. In addition, the representation of uncertainty showed in them. In consequence, overseeing how the most representative days may change in the future, while facing different scenarios due to the climate change.

Thanks to the learning obtained throughout the degree, his thesis has been developed to obtain the title of both industrial civil engineering and a master’s degree. Which focuses on the development of methodologies that allow defining the representative day(s) of energy generation from wind and photovoltaic plants, in addition to representing the uncertainty present in these.
