Neil Edwards, Director of Research, Environment, Earth and Ecosystems Sciences, The Open University, UK. He has developed the PLASIM climate model that could provide the project with climate change information (temperature, precipitation, etc.).

Benjamin F. Hobbs, Professor of Environmental Management at The Johns Hopkins University, Director of the Environment, Energy, Sustainability & Health Institute, Chair of the Market Surveillance Committee at the California ISO. 

Shmuel Oren, Earl J. Isaac Professor in the Science and Analysis of Decision Making in the Department of Industrial Engineering and Operations Research at the University of California at Berkeley. He is also an affiliated Professor in Environmental Science and New Energy Technology at Tsinghua University and on the faculty of the Tsinghua-Berkeley Shenzhen Institute.
